Average service, Long turnaround time.

--this is an update from the previous 1 star. as always, you complain than you get service. this matter has been resolved and i received the service requested, albeit 3-5 months later. their communication is average, their app works as intended. i do think they deserve a look at, if they provide better service in the future for other clients.

--below was previous 1 star review. I would not recommend there service. Hate writing these reviews. Submitted claim last year 25 November 2023 It is two months later and it is still under "review".

Sure enough holidays were a grace period, but now its almost the end of January, the car has gone under physical inspection and still "waiting" Waiting for what exactly i do not even know.
