Appreciation to Ntokozo & Naked Insurance

I was involved in a hit & run on Friday the 6th of March, 2026. Ntokozo was appointed as my claims handler on Monday morning. It would be an injustice if I did not express my sincere gratitude towards Ntokozo for his assistance throughout the whole claims process.

It became quite technical when it was discovered that I had incorrectly insured my car for a lower spec model. Ntokozo guided me on details to provide for him and the team to confirm my vehicles correct specifications. After verification, corrections were made and Naked settled my claim for the correct and full retail value plus extras. The human connection Ntokozo showed in this difficult situation made me feel like a valued client and not just another number on the books. They turned what could have been a very stressful experience into a smooth and professional one. I’m very happy with the final outcome and the way Naked handled the claim once we had the right data on the table.
