annoyed

im super annoyed by naked insurance every week i keep on sending emails which are followed by half answers, they are debiting my account fair enough but what what you insuring. I mean i dowloaded the app tried to screenshot bth phones but it doesnt go through at all i have been emailing saying since you are looking for EMI number i can actually email both boxes and phones pictures but no one answers me im told stories nje.can a competent person answer me cos clearly they are waiting for me to be in toruble and say yes you never completed but if its incomplete why do you debit my account.
