After receiving a damage report from the service provider confirming that my UPS was water damaged, I was reassured that this would be covered under my policy. However, the service representatives misled me by claiming they were unable to source quotes for my UPS due to its high value. This prompted me to independently search for quotes, which I subsequently provided to them. In response, I was asked for proof of purchase and invoices, which I also supp****. Despite providing all requested information, I continued to encounter unreasonable delays. ++++ repeatedly requested additional documentation, such as images of the leak and video proof, which I provided in a timely manner. After submitting my bank statement to verify the transaction for the UPS, I followed up and was informed that my claim was still under review. Eventually, I was told a validator had been appointed to collect further information. This entire process has been incredibly frustrating and seems unnecessarily protracted. I cannot help but feel that the service I am receiving is discriminatory in nature, as it appears that my race has influenced the way my claim has been handled. If I were in a different demographic, I believe my situation would have been resolved much more efficiently. Now, while I am traveling and occupied with work commitments, I am being pressured to sign a consent form without clarity as to why this step is necessary after the time that has already been wasted. Furthermore, I have communicated with the service provider, who indicated they wished to repair my UPS but were unable to find the necessary parts. This only adds to my concern regarding the handling of my claim. In light of these issues, I am seeking a prompt resolution to my claim and a thorough review of the treatment I have received. I believe it is imperative that this matter is addressed not only for my own sake but to ensure that such experiences do not happen to others in the future.</div>
