Amazing service on personal contents claim

I recently had to claim against water damage to my phone and it was honestly such a smooth and easy going process. I was nervous to claim as I had just taken insurance in December and unfortunately dropped my phone in some water by January - probably looked so sus! Lol Anywho, although I lost some extremely important stuff on that phone, the claim process was effortless. Person I dealt with (Karabo), was also very professional and answered all my questions or requests timeously.

I am VERY happy with Naked's service levels and overall experience, would def recommend them to anyone. Paying insurance will always be a grudge purchase, but this is one I can live with.
