Amazing, Efficient Service

I had an accident at the beginning of October on a Saturday. I submitted my claim on Sunday night and by Wednesday my car was booked for repairs and my rental car arranged. Everything was done through email and the Naked app, which is great. I had absolutley no issues with claims or subsequent authorisations from the panel beaters. Every time I had a question or needed something added on, the service was quick, friendly, and friction free.
