Although the claim was approved quickly and easily, the time frame to replace the glass was long: 3 days. This resulted in me driving in traffic with an unsafe vehicle as I could not see properly and the car was not secure when parked. It would be better if the option of going to an immediately available supplier for emergency repairs such as this was specified.
