ALMOST 3 MONTHS & CLAIM NOT SETTLED
I’ve been waiting for my claim settlement for over 2 months and next week it will be the 3rd month. I made a claim on the 25th of September but all I’ve been getting is empty promises. I’ve written a complaint here twice and took it down because they kept promising it will be resolved in a week, but more weeks go by with new promises. I’m extremely furious because a part of my life is on standstill yet I’ve been paying premiums. I’ve made contact with ombudsman and I hope they will assist me with this matter. I will never insure my items with them although they have cheaper premium because this is the price I have to pay.
