Almost 100 days later – unroadworthy vehicle, unnecessary delays, poor treatment - Welcome to Naked

My previous review was posted after more than 45 days of delays. I am now almost 100 days into this claim and I am sitting with an unroadworthy vehicle.

The unnecessary delays and repeated promises of call backs are examples of the unfair treatment I have received. Tieho Mabula acknowledged the poor treatment I received, while Tsholofelo Kgobe’s conduct and the rude manner in which I was spoken to were also raised directly with Shaheen Deonarain.

I was promised feedback after this was investigated, yet no call was ever received.

I have now had to return my new vehicle to the repairer for a second time, with additional damage still awaiting approval. The car is currently unroadworthy and cannot even be started normally. All of this on a vehicle that had only 3,500 km on it when it was ******.

My car is now in worse condition than a second hand hand car and I cannot drive it, they are delaying the claim further, while I have told them the brakes are faulty, the headlight is not working and the car will not even start unless I have to Jerry rig the key and start button.

This is no longer just about delays. I feel I have been treated unfairly throughout this entire claim, and I simply want my virtually new vehicle properly restored and this matter resolved. I know this review won’t resolve the matter, but there will be further steps taken.
