Dodgey contractors; untrained and rude assessors, longest waiting period, vehicle dispatched in worse mechanical condition after accident - without the discussed issues that were brought up with email/call centre. Accident: 10th August 2025. A month and 6 days later - I have to follow up with panelbeater to eventually collect my car. After they tried sending me to the city’s sketchiest panelbeater.

My vehicle has all the issues that arose from the accident still and new ones including overspray on windscreen, exhaust pipe now is leaking (despite car being on ideal temperature), and poor colour match.

This insurance company is nothing but a pinky promise agency.
