All digital hype and no service
Put a claim through for a cracked windscreen over a month ago! No response besides going back and forth with virtual humans who virtually don't care. So switching over to an insurance that actually has humans, who care about other humans. Naked Insurance is nothing more than an idea that hopped onto the digital hype and missed the whole point of customer service.
