After I lost my phone I thought I was going to wait weeks and weeks before it could be replaced but not with Naked. After following the steps I got an agent Catherine who took me through the whole process and took her time to respond to my emails. She made the experience pleasant. Even after they couldn’t replace my exact phone they were able to help me further by getting another phone. The only downside is that you need an app to lodge the claim which I found to be an inconvenience because I lost my phone so I had to borrow a friend whom I struggled to reach because I had no cellular. So if it can be possible for one to access their profile on the web that would be very helpful.
