I must confess that when I decided to take the cover with Naked my previous insurance warned me that should I need to claim it will be difficult as I can't speak to anyone, just a robot as they said and another companies phoned me as well and tried to convince me.

When I was involved in an accident, Naked handled my claim with great care, professionalism and compassion.
