Ah man! Where to begin? I'm at a loss for words.. Here I am, minding my own business when my renewal notice comes in. It took me about 5 minutes to read through before I called in to make a few updates.

Of course, Naked is going to blow my mind by having me on the phone with someone within minutes (3, to be exact, including navigating the IVR options and listening to the disclosures) and having my documents sent and received all while having the most pleasant chat with *Hilton Mulovhedzi*.

He really does( not 'did' but does because you can tell that this is the standard. Day in and day out) an amazing job of being conversational in a way that does not compromise the integrity of the interaction.Who says you cant be cool and compliant at the same time 😉?

Lightheartedness aside, we as people are understandably very quick to moan (especially around renewal times) but I don't think you can put a premium on genuineness. If you are reading this Hilton, you sir, are a genuine gentleman.

To Naked, thank you for being such a delight to deal with on a whole.

P.s, writing this review easily took twice as long as my whole interaction so you are all doing a stellar job of being über efficient.
