Accident repair

I am quite impressed with Naked Insurance after my vehicle was involved in a multi-vehicle pile-up. From logging the claim hassle free on the app, I got a confirmation within 24 hours with my claim number. The assessor called me within 2 days after that to arrange for the vehicle to be taken to the auto body shop for further assessment once the outside damage had been disassembled. The body shop selected was also very convenient as it is close to my home where the vehicle was pending assessment. Once the vehicle was at the body shop, the assessment was completed in about 2 days and the claim was approved to repair my vehicle. As the damage was quite substantial, it did spend 6 weeks at the body shop. Naked checked in on me periodically while the repairs were being undertaken. When I got the vehicle back, Naked made contact to confirm if I did have my vehicle and if I was happy with the work done. No hassel claim process and my vehicle was repaired back to the way it was prior to the accident. Thank you Naked Insurance.
