Accident claim

Yes the premiums are lower than any other insurance company and insuring items are quick and hassle free, however the claims process is a nightmare, I am sitting with no car for over two weeks as it was written off, the car only got assessed 4 days later after I had to call multiple times to get an assessor assigned to my vehicle. There is no feedback until you call and follow up, I had to wait another week just to get an agreement of loss letter, I am in the third week now from the start of the claim and still nothing has been payed out, I have called again today to pester them, only to find out that they are only making the payment today. I need to get a new car, but I am waiting for Naked insurance to pay the settlement of the car. Honestly the worst experience I have ever had with insurance, I have another vehicle insured and other items insured with Naked and it’s making me rethink my choices. Naked Insurance you really need to work on your customer service.
