Access refund issue

I am disappointed in the fact that I haven’t received my access refund. My car was written off last year April and my access was meant to be refunded since i was not at fault. I have been emailing Naked insurance and their 3rd party team which manages such cases and to date, I’ve never received a response. I will be cancelling and moving to a different insurer.
