Absolutely horrible insurance
Guys get all fine print before signing up with this insurance
Ons the 6/10/24 a person drove into the back of my vehicle causing somewhat damage now that i put a claim in after paying on time every month now there the problems start
I call in and they tell me that i have to pay everything in aswell as the access as soon as they retrieve the money from the other party ill get the money back which is a bunch of bull if you ask me if i was the guiltily party sure i dont mind but now its my responsibility to pay for everything hoping that ill get my money back and best wording for this was its my contribution to the claim then why the hell am i paying every month to be insured if i still need to pay when i need them if this company is so trusted why not claim the access from the third party insurer that must pay for all the damages and why was there not an consultant that explained this to one then i would have known not to waist my time on a **** if i knew i had to pay exsess for ever thing before they even help i would rather go for outsunce where they alteast look to help not say money money money
