Absolute shambles of service.

I am deeply frustrated as with the delays with my claim for a mere cellphone that I overinsured and being asked to pay more money to get a replacement after 4 years of uninterrupted payments to you, and it's now Monday the 8th from submitting my claim on 24 June 2024 with no clear indication of the so called “no wait” campaign you sell each day. Your insistence that you are looking at my complaint on your side is unacceptable. This recurring problem is detrimental to my livelihood and life.

After writing this complaint on the 2nd of July 2024, it is disheartening to find myself in a distressingly situation on the 8th of July 2024 with no cellphone device. The recurrence of poor service and neglect from Naked Insure is not only disappointing but also deeply concerning, highlighting a persistent pattern of disregard for their clients' needs and concerns.

As a small business owner, the ongoing struggle with Naked Insure undermines my confidence in their ability to provide reliable and effective services. The repeated delays, lack of communication, and absence of accountability only serve to reinforce the realization that Naked Insure falls short of the basic standards expected from a service provider in today's competitive business landscape.

In light of these consistent failures and frustrations, it is becoming increasingly clear that the partnership with Naked Insure is no longer sustainable or beneficial for myself. The time and resources wasted in dealing with their inadequacies could be better invested in seeking out a more dependable and customer-centric alternative that truly values and supports the growth and success of people like mine.

As I reflect on the continued disappointment with Naked Insure, I am left with a sense of urgency to seek out a more reliable and responsive solution for my personal insurance needs. The cycle of frustration and letdowns must come to an end, and it is imperative to prioritize partnerships that align with my persoanl's values and aspirations for growth and prosperity.

Its foolishness for me to carry on with this relationship, Regrettably, our relationship must end due to these ongoing issues. Please provide an explanation and expedite resolution.
