Never doubt a company based on what other people say about it. My experience with Naked has been one of a kind. I had an accident and had a service agent assigned to me by the name of Tshiamo Motsepe. She has been the most patient person ever. From answering to my emails to getting to the bottom of every issue I had, she has been the best. I pay Naked every month because of people like her.
