5 days to get a building claim process is ridiculous

I had damages to my home due to a perimeter wall collapsing onto my building after some rain. Submitted a claim with Naked and they have advised that they can only get an assessor to come look at the damage in 5 days. This is a ridiculous turnaround time for a company that advertises itself as an efficient insurer that is efficient. They haven’t looked at the damages and confirmed whether this will be repaired yet but I am already disappointed and expecting the worst. They should stick to insuring cellphones only.
