Hats off to the 2 gents from Glass group, they were very professional and knew what they were doing. I was a bit worried before they arrived, but they went beyond in terms of understanding what needs to be done. Very experienced !!. The inability to call someone from Naked to have a conversation and get some clarifications was not great, I understand everything is going digital but the frustration and stress you go through as a customer sometimes requires having an actual conversation with someone and not just the app. Otherwise I was happy with the repair work done on my car.
