Absolutely useless. I called for a home emergency for a burst pipe in my bathroom and they charging me R6000 excess to fix the pipe, how on earth can charge such a huge axcess for a burst pip which can be fixed for under R1000. USELESS Insurer, they just take your money and cant do anything for you. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
