I joined Naked a while ago and its the 1st time Ive ever had insurance, I insure my home contents and car with them. Ill be honest, I was a little skeptical because they are new and everyone recommended other companies instead, and in true "me" style, I chose them anyways. WELL! at this moment is couldn't be happier with my decision, I submitted a crime claim about 3 weeks ago - my payment is being released now, The process was absolutely effortless, I was assigned and assessor a day after I sent my claim in, and he was so efficient and helpful, then I went on to dealing with Naked's staff, who are amazing and friendly and keen to assist. Each and every query of mine was dealt with meticulously, and speedily. - my claim was dealt with professionally and my payout was fair. Thanks guys!
