1 working day claim turnaround time, would recommend

Claims process was extremely easy, Having only been insured with Naked for 7 months they had no issues at all with the payout process, I started the claim on a friday before a long weekend. by the monday ( a public holiday) i was notified that the claim was approved and that i could expect contact the following days to finalize the payout. by the following day 08:00 I had already been contacted with claim finalizations I had received all the necessary info and resolution that the claim was closed by 09:00 and i had received the payout. I am however only diappointed in the fact that i intentially overinsured the device with the unit being insured for R8500 and only recieving a R5925,.00 payout. I do clearly understand that there was a R1000.00 excess however that means i shoudl still have received more than i did. This means that i still had to pay in after the excess was decucted. however overall the claims process was excellent and i would continue to recommend Naked as a short term insurance for people.
