Naked has been one of the best insurance companies I've come across so far. They are always ready to help and address any inquiries I have. In addition to the in-app chat feature and emails, I would also appreciate it if they had a WhatsApp chat feature for added convenience to address any issues, as I am always on the road and don't always have access to my emails.
