disappointed customer

Hi

i took a 1month loan on the 21/03/2024 and paid it back in full on 28/03/2024. however, when i check my credit score it shows that i have arrears of R1. they are so difficult to get a hold of. i would appreciate it if i could be assisted with this as it is messing up my credit score. Philile
