WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH

Very bad attitude from the owner of the business. a technician came out to check fault on my line and told me that it is faulty due to rats eating the cable. they have quoted me R1984 to repair, when i disputed the fact that the technician did not even bother to check the cable in the ceiling, i was told that they have sofisticated equipment that can tell what the problem is. When i told him that i do not agree with what he said i want physical proof that the cable is faulty due to rats, he says he does not need to show me proof. So in otherwords he just wants to rip you off. SHOW PROOF AND PROVE me wrong if your equipment is so fancy.
