Policy was not followed

Poor Service at Naartjie Mall of the South*

I had a very bad experience at Naartjie Mall of the South today.

I went to exchange online orders I bought with my Truworths account for my child. Some items were too small.

I forgot one delivery confirmation letter at home. The Manager :Thembi refused to help me without it, even though I had my order number *O**** and my account card.

She told me to go back home and find the letter or go to the collection point. I don't understand why my order number and account can't be used to check on the system.

I went to Earthchild next door and they helped me immediately without any issue and checked sizes for me.

I am very disappointed as a loyal Truworths account holder.
