Women drivers beware!

I'm a woman driver and drives a 2018 Hyandai Grand i10. I took my car in for a service on 28th February 2024. On 29th March my car started to make a funny sound. When I checked, there was no oil in my car. The old oil was never drained and clean oil was never put in. And I had to pay for service that was never done. I had to drain the oil myself and put in clean oil. Because of Hyundai's negligence there could've been permanent damage to my car.
