I purchased a vehicle from N1 City Hyundai in May
I purchased a vehicle from N1 City Hyundai in May. Within two weeks, I reported two broken interior items and raised concerns about the brakes. Despite following up, I have received no feedback or resolution from the sales consultant or Dealer Principal. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of after-sales service and would not recommend this dealership.

I purchased a vehicle from N1 City Hyundai in May. Within two weeks, I reported two broken interior items and raised concerns about the brakes. Despite following up, I have received no feedback or resolution from the sales consultant or Dealer Principal. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of after-sales service and would not recommend this dealership.

Hyundai N1 City poor service and poor quality parts
The staff was not so helpful, I took my car in for routine service and it was discovered that the radiator was leaking. I requested for a quotation and made a booking for the car to be fixed, only to be told on the day when I brought the car the the parts weren't ordered, the lady who was assisting me never mentioned to me that they didn't have the parts in stock, I had to take a whole day off work for nothing. I paid up everything that was requested and waited another week for the parts to be ordered. Everything the repairs were done but the quality of the wipers is terrible, not worth what they charge at all

Excellent service from Peter J at Hyundai N1 City

I took my vehicle in for a service on Tuesday, Keziah was absolutely awesome! She's friendly and really spot on 🫡 Communication 10/10 She gave my daughter some highlighters and paper to keep herself busy 😁 The guy who assessed the vehicle noticed faults without me informing them. I can see they take pride in their work! I would definitely recommend Keziah as the GO-TO-PERSON at the service department ♥️

CAR CAME OUT WORSE AFTER MAJOR SERVICE
If I could give 0 stars I would. Went to get a major service by them. My car had no faults whatsoever and when it left the service it started to eat coolant. After 2 weeks I noticed it was low and thought nothing of it. I topped it up a bit and went on about my day. 2 weeks later on Friday the 27th of March 2026, I checked my coolant it was empty?! I topped it up and started to get worried as I was monitoring it. I noticed it was using more then normal. I went to N1 Hyundai to sort out this issue as clearly state my car went in with no problems as it never had this problem. The service manager ran around like a headless chicken looking panicked when I mentioned all the above. He came back to tell me that it was my radiator cap. When in fact it was not! He never told me or any of the sales reps that a new radiator cap was needed. I've had other professional mechanics check on my car through pictures I send them and they all said it's my head gasket that went from negligence from Hyundai. Hyundai's service manager doesn't want to take any of this blame apparently. He rather tells me to buy a new car then. I hope you like a lawsuit Hyundai. Cause I don't play around with my car!!!

Disappointing service experience
I took my vehicle in for a service on Monday, and the entire experience has been extremely disappointing. When the vehicle was returned to me, it had an oil leak, which meant I had to take it back immediately. After that issue was addressed, I later discovered that the air conditioner was no longer functioning properly — despite it working perfectly before the service. Once again, I had to return the vehicle. I have now been informed, after their inspection, that the aircon pipes were allegedly damaged by an underbody stone sc****. However, prior to the service, the air conditioning system was working without any issues. It is concerning that this problem only arose after the vehicle was in your care. I am not satisfied with the explanation provided, especially as photographs are now being used to shift responsibility onto me. From my perspective, the vehicle was handed over in good working condition, and these issues only surfaced after the service was performed. I require a clear and honest explanation as to how this damage occurred while the vehicle was under your supervision. I believe accountability and professional responsibility are essential, and at this stage, I am not satisfied with the service I have received. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter.

Deal was done I took delivery of car and then nightmare started. Hyundai called to tell me about the arrears and I must pay for it. I disagreed and said what we agreed on. New sales vehicle manager Kevin and dealer principal not sure his name but they sat with me and I was bul**** by 2 men who was so arrogant threatening me with their legal team and threatened me with them contacting traffic department and have the arrears transferred into my name. They wanted to hear nothing of our agreement, Kevin blatently told me I didn't say anything. I even gave a ballpark figure how much is owed and Kevin said I never did. The salesperson confirmed in their presence that all I am saying is true. But the dealer principal and Kevin was so arrogant they wanted to hear nothing. I played the whatsapp messages and they still argued until they said they are willing to split the arrears in 3. I said no it's unfair because this was not agreed. The dealer principal refused to give the license disc and plates of the new car which my wife bought and said he can do this even if the new car is not in my name. I was forced into paying the amount just to get the plates.. I am so sad because during the sale all was well till it was done and they got their money. Never ever again!!!!!!
