Hyundai N1 City poor service and poor quality parts

The staff was not so helpful, I took my car in for routine service and it was discovered that the radiator was leaking. I requested for a quotation and made a booking for the car to be fixed, only to be told on the day when I brought the car the the parts weren't ordered, the lady who was assisting me never mentioned to me that they didn't have the parts in stock, I had to take a whole day off work for nothing. I paid up everything that was requested and waited another week for the parts to be ordered. Everything the repairs were done but the quality of the wipers is terrible, not worth what they charge at all
