Highly disappointed

I had a hideous experience with Hyundai N1 city. I bought my car in on the 7th of March as it had a mechanical issues. I was told that that the gearbox casing was broken and the gearbox must be replaced.

My car was with them for 3 weeks. They did not release my car even after it was completed. When it was completed they now tell waiting for the warranty people to approve the claim as I had serviced my car yet for 60000kms.

When I ask them how are you still waiting for approval when I was told that it was approved already they then said it was pre-approval, which is stupid because they had completed the work on the car. They still kept the car even when I agreed to pay for the service that they wanted me to do

They don’t give any updates when you send you car in, you must be the one asking for updates everytime. Pathetic Service
