As good as one can expect when buying a pre-owned car

In the end I was happy to have transacted with this dealership. They did make good on all promises. This is as good as you can expect and hence the 4 stars.

As a customer you must be careful and aware that there is more risk when going into a pre-owned deal versus buying new. I doubt any seller of pre-owned motor vehicles can get 5-stars. What I have experienced is there are always some little things here and there but Hyundai N1 City did make it a pleasant and cordial after sales experience (versus some horror stories you will find on this platform).
