Terrible service

This company debits my account and does not provide me with the service. When i contact them they say i am not registered on the tower. 2 days later they are sending a technician to replace the hardware. I am still waiting for a service i paid for that does not work.They are a ******* and cannot deliver what they promise. They have deliberately cut me off to make me go on a higher tariff. Terrible customer service and i get no joy when speaking to their staff.
