Myvoip internet ****

This company is a ****..i have been experiencing problems with signal and connectivity since I have had them installed. Their Rep .a gentleman by the name of Rafique,promised me that the package I chose was ample for my needs.i have since upgraded 3 times in the hope of achieving better connection..i called their tech Lee.and asked if maybe they should change the tower since Woodlands (tower location)was closer to me..He advised against that..In March I reported again that I am experiencing problems..they promised to send a tech out to me ...no one came..The lockdown happened soon after...This month they changed their communication line to Telegram....i contacted them again.They tell me that my dish is off alignment, They will need to send a tech out to me ...This was on the 7 September.. till today I have not heard from any Tech..i am paying rental for their dish...i need them to come remove their stuff...
