Myvoip communications has to be the worst WiFi provider in the country

So I first decided to try the my voip 3mbps uncapped line with 1 to 20 contention which cost R379 pm. Complete *******, upgraded to the 4mbps silver with 1 to 20 contention which cost R479. Which showed almost no difference with speeds versus the 3mbps line. I then upgraded to 4mbps gold with a 1 to 10 contention. The speeds were awful. With that low of a contention, you would atleast expect half of the speed you are paying for, however you will almost never see it. If you do, it will be for a few seconds and be gone. What's the worst about this service, is the more devices connected the router, the worse it becomes. So if you are receiving 400kbps or 0.4mbps and if three devices are connected, expected that speed to be split 3 ways. My plan was to cancel DStv and go ahead with uncapped wifi and stream movies and series online,this was a disaster. Netflix was amazing with the variety but trying to watch a show for 5 minutes with MyVoip without buffering was almost impossible . They are not cheap either, for the 4mbps gold line with 1 to 10 contention, it cost you R612 per month. Netflix buffers and downloading takes days, literally. They clearly state that minimum speed is 400kbps or 0.4mbps on my package and trust me when I say, you will receive this speed 95% of the time. You will never get speeds close to 4mbps on this package. It also cost R900 once to install the equipment which you supposedly rent and if want to purchase, you have to pay R2500. Anybody considering going with this service, I strongly advise against it. For the price you pay, you will end up extremely frustrated and disappointed.
