My voip pathetic service

Disgusting support line, i was left with no internet the entire nigh its now 2pm still nothing, i have paid for these services and the support technician shabz is of no help, he just reads my messages and doesn't reply, pathetic no response times, no customer service support, its like they are doing me a favor when im paying for the internet, i have sent so many messages requesting to speak to management no one has called me, i even ask for a number i can speak the technician says he can't give me any details, he just reads my messages and doesn't reply. They have no other numbers to call during weekends and the only number is the support telegram but they just ignore messages. I have recommended so many people to use these services never again, i have never met another company that treats clients with so much disrespect ever, its a total disgrace, given the fact the fiber is available almost every where one would think that they would be more customer care and take care of the customers they have but no. I would never again suggest anyone to use these services ever again. Very disappointing and the technician shabz very disrespectful made me very upset and unhappy
