Horrible technicians terrible customer service

Absolutely frustrating company to work with . Wifi is always down . Technicians are never available. Whatsapp guy says his going to get his head office to call ... its now july I've been waiting from june to get a call back about their pathetic service. Theres always some lame excuse they come up with every day to cover their pathetic service. Your dish is out of alignment and their famous words are "i will have a look for u" end of topic . Discussion over . U have to wait hours for a response that never comes and then when you do ask them for feedback ... "i will have a look for u" and the repitition begins...
