Everyday Im buffering

I contact the whatsapp chat so many times because my line is very slow. Every time you watch something it just buffers. I am on the gold package and what sh*t service I am receiving. The guy keeps saying he will have a look but it remains the same. I have rebooted the router a million times to no avail. I am really frustrated and if nothing is done about this, I will be looking at another service provider
