My VoIP is utterly useless . When contract was opened the individual that came over to provide info provided on a false basis . Claiming it's a 2 year(48 month plan) which was lies as it was 3 years . That itself is false advertising. I've been having hours upon hours without internet and when I do have my download speed is 5mb and upload is 2mb which I'm paying a monthly fee of R500. If anybody wants internet trust me when I say myvoip is by far the worse to take. You rather go with LTE which is faster and more reliable . As for the service they don't ever notify you if any issues unless you text the Telegram contact for myvoip and that too there response time is pathetic. Hours upon hours lost and the only excuse they give you is that it's either load shedding/upstream providers are experiencing problems or your system has been restored . They also use residential homes as high site providing them with free internet just for the use and that's how useless they are . Furthur more I even doubt that there towers have battery backup when there is load shedding cause whether it's load shedding or not they still have issues . I'm tired and done with there useless pathetic service and excuses .Id rather buy data and use my mobile .
