Dissapointed and Upset

This company rips people of they promised uncapped and unthrottled wifi however every second day even though full payment is made of R800 a month the wifi is so slow it clearly states no Internet connection or poor network... i am absolutely tired of dealing with these people I sent out a cancellation email and no one responds.. i ask for them to send a technician and no one comes.. i speak to the people over some telegram thing nd he makes it seem as if im delisional... if this review doesn't help I'll take legal measures since I have screenshots and messages to prove how bad this company is.... they take take and take and give poor services in return
