Worst service from Myvoip communications . I sent a message to they whatsapp group around 12 would regards to internet service get msg back saying it will be up in 30 minutes an hour later send a msg again get told the same msg I reply back by saying I was told that an hour ago reply I get back is I must be patient cause they working on it I reply back by saying that I have be and there was no email or msg then few minutes later get an SMS saying there is maintenance been done. This is really **** service it take a customer to inform you guys to send out notice messages . I have assignments and work to do I can't cause of the **** service you guys a giving .

I apologize for the break in communication. Unfortunately we have had a power issue at one of the sites and what we estimated to be a quick repair has turned into something larger. I apologize for the inconvenience caused and can only emphasize that service to our customers is the top priority. We have technicians on site working on a resolution and will have the site operational shortly. I cannot give you a timeline as power is a sensitive issue. We will notify our customers as soon as the services have been restored. Once again, we apologize for the poor communications, but will ensure that customers are kept informed as we work on this issue.
