All service on every level

After having no Internet for a couple days and logging many queries, I was told that it must be my hardware and a technician would be sent out. Another 3 days went by without a word. I then got a call at 12 to say if I could be home in an hour they could help me. I work, so this did not work for me. I got nothing but attitude from both call centre agent and supervisor when I complained about this and another 3 days have since passed without a weird from them! Awful service on every level!
