Dont use Mytrip.com

I've always booked flights via cheapestflights.com. I love the website as it allows one to view all available flights from various airlines, cost time etc and it takes you to the airline directly to make your reservation. This regretful time it took me to Mytrip.com and I made an error on my booking. Mytrip.com has been giving me the runaround. One moment I must put it in writing, next no its a phone call for changes/cancellations
