Pending Refund
Non responsive to emails. I'm still waiting for my refund after they failed to change my flight despite numerous calls to their customer service. Their website said they received my refund from the airline on 29 August and it would be processed between 5 and 7 days, to date nothing. Stay away

Death Refund Outstanding since June 2025
This is the most disgusting experience i have encountered , more than a year ago i logged and called several times throughout the year regarding Refund of Death , i supp**** every document request but i did not get a refund , its been more than a year and this is just the lowest form of service i had ever experienced. Call after Call, email after email , I'm the one having to chase up this matter , not once was i contacted or supp**** any update. Even supp**** the Ethiopian airlines details but nothing has been done to date!!!!!!! Ethiopian Airlines along with My Trip refuse to supply concrete information or even an evidential refund , this was logged on the 1st June 2025. Can you imagine being such big corporations to ill treat people this way.

booking changes
I have been trying to change my flight ticket but they are failing to help me. The first time my call was 35mins I wasted airtime. The second time I tried via online chat. I was there for an hour and I was told the system is down. Now im trying again I have been on hold forever. And if you leave the chat it restart

I wish I could give 0 stars. Looking for flights from SA to UK I found a good deal on MyTrip. via British Airways. Advert stated that the price included 1 x 23kg checked baggage as well as cabin baggage. I booked two tickets. When I paid and checked the confirmation I noticed "no baggage". For two weeks I argued and sent screen-shots of their advert. To no avail. They say they showed me full details on screen before I paid and it did not include baggage! I had to pay an extra R3600 for each bag direct to British Airways. I should have checked their reviews on Hello Peter before booking. Do not trust anything they advertise, it's all click bait. I will never use them again.
