Worst travel agency ever!!!

Worst travel booking agency ever!! Stay away from these guys!! I made a flight booking with them to Zanzibar, once they had confirmed my flight bookings I then proceeded to book and confirm my accommodation. Later they send me an email that my booking has been cancelled due to "technical error". Now I found myself having to find another airline, where now the price had increased and I bear all the cost. What ******* is that?
