Worst service ever

I asked to postpone my trip an hour after booking because I had a medical incident depriving me on going on that weekend and they just didn’t care about assisting, I’ve never seen anything like this they don’t care about the customer only your cash please stay as far away from them as possible 😡🤬🤬
