Worst customer service ever

I have been waiting 18+ months for a refund. Unacceptable customer service. When I phone them they are not prepared to help. I get sent an email address to use. Been sending emails literally EVERY DAY. Not even an acknowledgement of receipt.

WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN
