Worst costumer service ever

Don’t ever go on that website, they are jut *******! Takes hours to reach them they hang up on me twice never called me back. They also never answer my emails!!! When I finally got in touch with an agent after calling 4 times waiting each time at least an hour and couldn’t help me at all! Had no solution for changing my flight or refunding me, he keeps repeating “non refundable” without giving me other solutions. They just ***** 1300$ from me! My retreat got canceled because the wild fire destroyed the entire region in Turkey where I was going and they won’t do anything to help me! It’s unacceptable!
